Danny Marom, CEO
Mr. Marom brings to MOST almost 25 years of experience in data processing, planning, project consulting, service and general management. Prior to joining MOST in 1999, Mr. Marom served as a division manager in ONYX Technologies and Technical Support Manager at SPL. Mr. Marom also held various management positions at Bank Leumi's DB division. Mr. Marom has a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University.
Moshe Shichrur, COO
Before he joined MOST in 1999, Mr. Shichrur served as Methodology and Technical Manager at Onyx Technologies, responsible for Y2K projects. Prior to that, he held a number of programming, systems analysis and management positions at Bank Leumi. In these capacities, Mr. Shichrur was among the first ADABAS database programmers in Israel, was involved in analysis of Bank Leumi's large infrastructure systems, and managed one of the Bank's major telephony and computer systems.
Eli Avraham, CFO and VP Finance
Mr. Avraham brings over 20 years of extensive financial experience in the IT industry, and is with MOST since 2005. Previously, he served as VP Finance at Terayon Israel, as CFO at SPL, and held financial management positions at a subsidiary of Citigroup in Israel and at PwC - Israel. Mr. Avraham is a CPA in Israel and Attorney admitted to the Israel bar. He holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University. He also holds a LL.B. and LL.M Law degree from Bar-Ilan University.
Hadar Israeli, VP Projects
Mr. Israeli manages the large mainframe modernization projects for MOST's clients around the world, including Japan, USA, Europe and now South America, leading a highly-skilled team of project managers, system analysts, programmers, and QA.
Mr. Israeli has over 30 years of experience in enterprise-wide systems development, integration and migration projects - in various technical and managerial roles. Prior to joining MOST, Mr. Israeli worked at SPL WorldGroup (Software AG's distributor in Israel) for 16 years, with primary focus on overseas project implementation in the USA and Europe. At SPL Hadar held positions including Services Director for EMEA projects. He holds a BA in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
Vladimir Geker, VP R&D
Mr. Geker has over 27 years of experience in data processing, including planning, design and development of infrastructure and application systems, technical support and sales support. He previously worked at Onyx Technologies and SPL's technical support division and the Moscow Computer Center. Mr. Geker received a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Moscow's Institute of Technology.
Ofer Pharhi, CTO
Ofer Pharhi, CTO, is one of the technical leaders in MOST. He heads the technical initiatives and is in charge of presales. Ofer is one of founders of MOST and he has served in a wide range of positions in the technology and projects departments. Ofer has over 16 years experience in the IT field, specializing in legacy systems and mainframe modernization programs. With PMP accreditation, Ofer is an active member in the PMI organization and publisher of articles in the project management field. He also active in the mainframe community on the web, and serves as a specialist and moderator in professional forums. He has recently co-authored the IBM Redbook, "z\OS Traditional Application Maintenance and Support".
